Course Description

Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C in ISYS 115 or satisfactory test score. UNIX is considered the operating system of the web. This course will cover basics of UNIX concepts, architecture and administration. Students will develop applications using file processing, shell programming, UNIX utilities, and other UNIX applications. Current versions of UNIX or Linux will be used. [Semesters Offered: Spring]
