The improved Help Desk system is available in SMC Wired within the IT Service Catalog, then Helpdesk & Support.

To submit an Incident Report in the new Help Desk system, Log in to SMC Wired and go to the IT Service Catalog link. From the IT Service Catalog, look for the Help Desk image, then the Incident Report image to create a Incident Report.
