Course Description

Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C in ENGL 115, ENGL 103W, ENGL 103, or ENGL 104, or satisfactory test score placing into ENGL 103W or higher. Concurrent enrollment in ENGL 115 allowed. Introduces basic normal anatomy and physiological processes of humans. Emphasizes functional mechanisms of cells, tissues, organs, organ systems, and their interactions. Laboratory experience includes observation of anatomic models and specimens and participation in activities designed to illustrate physiologic concepts. [Semesters Offered: Fall, Spring, Summer]
