Course Description

Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C in BUSI 200, concurrent enrollment allowed. Covers the principles of accounting with an emphasis on financial accounting for sole proprietorships, also including partnerships and corporations, the accounting cycle, financial statements, worksheets, adjusting and closing entries, service and merchandising enterprises, special journals, subsidiary ledgers, cash, voucher system, receivables, inventory, plant assets, payables, payroll and theory.
