Course Description

Prerequisite: None. This course will examine construction techniques, methods and practices for Non-Residential building projects and how they differ from residential construction. This course will also examine the use and purposes of the 16 Section CSI specifications, construction safeguard requirements, fire resistance and protection, egress, ADA guidelines, energy efficiency, and storm water pollution protection. [Semesters Offered: Spring]
