Title IX Policy

Southwestern Michigan College is committed to complying with the Title IX amendment, prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sex, including gender-based behaviors that deny a student the ability to participate in their educational experience. This includes all forms of sexual violence, sexual harassment, sexual assault, stalking, dating violence, and domestic violence.
